Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with ILALU. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

U.S. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.

Free Standard Shipping
ILALU offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders.

Estimated delivery time after shipment is generally 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. USPS Ground Advantage, for example, generally has an expected delivery time of 2–5 days and includes tracking.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of ILALU’s control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us so we can assist you with the carrier.
